Thermostat Replacement
A thermostat stuck open leaves the engine cold and thirsty. Stuck closed, it overheats. Both are worth fixing quickly.

- Temperature gauge staying low or taking a long time to rise
- Heater blowing cool air
- Engine management light with coolant temperature codes
- Increased fuel consumption
- Overheating when the thermostat sticks closed
- Coolant leak from the thermostat housing
What we do
- Read coolant temperature live data and warm-up behaviour
- Test thermostat operation and, where fitted, the map-controlled heater
- Replace thermostat or complete housing with new seals
- Refill with correct coolant and bleed the system
- Confirm warm-up and operating temperature on road test
