Do you tow cars as well as recover them?

Yes — towing and recovery are the same service to us. Whether the car rolls, steers or is completely dead, tell us its condition when you call and we will bring the right equipment.

The AA or my insurer is recovering my car — can it come to you?

Yes. It is your car and your choice of repairer. When the recovery driver or your insurer asks where the vehicle should go, give them our address: Unit 8, Seaborough Industrial Estate, Swallow Street, Iver, SL0 0HT.

Can I drop my car off outside working hours?

Yes. Our protected, private yard accepts drop-offs 24/7, so you can leave your vehicle for repair at any hour. Out-of-hours and late-night work may incur a late-night fee — we always confirm the cost before attending.

Do I need to be with the vehicle?

It helps, but it is not always essential. Tell us the situation when you call and we will agree how to handle keys and access.

Can you take it somewhere other than your workshop?

Yes. We will take the vehicle to whichever address, garage or storage you need.
