Mileage and duty cycle change the picture

Two vans of the same age can need very different work. A Transit Custom on motorway delivery runs may show turbo and suspension wear, while one doing short multi-drop work in town is more likely to arrive with DPF and EGR soot problems. We ask how the van is used before deciding what to test.

Belt-in-oil work on EcoBlue vans

Keeping van downtime down

Tell us when you book whether the van earns its living. Where a job needs parts ordering, we will say so up front rather than keeping the vehicle on a ramp waiting. If it will not drive safely, we can recover it to the workshop instead of you risking further damage.
