Can an independent garage service my Ford without affecting the warranty?

Servicing at an independent garage to the manufacturer's schedule and specification is generally accepted for vehicles outside their original warranty. If your Ford is still within a manufacturer warranty period, check the terms before booking and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right choice.

Do you work on Ford diesels with DPF problems?

Yes. We diagnose the cause of the blockage first — short journeys, EGR faults, injector problems and sensor faults can all contribute — before recommending cleaning, regeneration or replacement.

Do you use genuine Ford parts?

Why diagnosis comes first on a Ford

Oil specification matters

On belt-in-oil Ford engines the oil and filter service is part of the timing system's maintenance, not separate from it. Using the wrong grade, or extending the interval, may shorten belt life. We use the specification listed for your engine and record what went in.
