About us

A Family-Run Garage in Iver

GA Car Repairs & Recovery is an independent workshop on Swallow Street in Iver, run by father and son George and Alex. Repairs, diagnostics, servicing and vehicle recovery under one roof.

Who we are

GA Car Repairs & Recovery is run by father and son George and Alex. Alex works hands-on in the workshop carrying out diagnostics and mechanical repairs, while the family-run approach means customers deal directly with the people responsible for their vehicle. There is no service desk between you and the technician.

How we work

  • Diagnosis before parts — we test rather than guess
  • A clear explanation of what we found, in plain English
  • A quotation before any work starts
  • Honest priorities — what is urgent, what can wait
  • Recovery and repair in one place, so you are not paying twice
