These terms cover how we quote, authorise and invoice work. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Quotes and estimates
Figures given before inspection are estimates based on the information you provide. A firm price is given once we have seen the vehicle and identified the fault. If the work needed changes, we will contact you before continuing.
Authorisation
We carry out only the work you have authorised. Additional work found during a repair is reported to you and only proceeds with your agreement.
Diagnostic charges
Diagnostic time is chargeable work in its own right, because it is the testing that identifies the fault. We will tell you what the diagnostic charge is before we begin.
Parts
We supply parts appropriate to the vehicle and the job. Where more than one option exists, we will explain the difference. Parts supplied by customers are fitted only at our discretion and are not covered by us.
Payment
Payment is due on completion, before the vehicle is collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Recovery
Recovery is provided subject to safe access and the condition of the vehicle. Please tell us accurately whether the vehicle rolls, steers and can be put into neutral, and where it is located.
Storage
Vehicles left with us beyond an agreed collection date may be subject to a storage charge, which we will always discuss with you first.
